You have the option to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date instore. For in-store returns, you need to provide the digital invoice or order number.

  • For in-store purchases, the return window is 14 days from the invoice date in all countries.
  • All contact lenses are non-returnable.
  • All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.
  • For detailed information regarding the eligibility of returns for specific products, kindly refer to the respective product page.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Progressive lenses bought in store can be exchanged within 45 days or purchase, you need to have the original receipt.
  • Lenses will be exchanged for two pairs of lenses one for reading and one for distance.
  • The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
