In-Store Returns

For in-store purchases, the return window is 14 days from the invoice date in all countries.

General Return Notes

All contact lenses are non-returnable.
All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.
For detailed information regarding the eligibility of returns for specific products, kindly refer to the respective product page.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Progressive Comfort Guarantee

Progressive lenses bought in store can be exchanged within 45 days or purchase, you need to have the original receipt.
Lenses will be exchanged for two pairs of lenses one for reading and one for distance.
The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
